Coronavirus: Portal launched for volunteers to support UAE health sector
A digital platform has been launched in Abu Dhabi allowing clinical staff from across the UAE to volunteer their support to apply to work in the emirate’s healthcare sector.
The Department of Health-Abu Dhabi is behind the initiative, which allows volunteers to register online through the Abu Dhabi Health Workforce Management System portal and highlight their key skillsets.
Healthcare facilities in the emirate will be able to log onto the portal, review profiles of registered staff, and communicate with them directly. Using the platform, facilities will be able to assign volunteers the right roles based on their skillsets and preferred conditions for employment.
